We arrived at this conclusion after working on Master Data Excellence with many customers, although ZMDM is a Master Data Management solution. Most business teams and users rely on the solutions they use daily (ERP, PLM, CRM, SCM, Manufacturing) to find and use the Master Data as part of business processes.
